During the summer and autumn 2011, we begun an inmprovment in the company based on Kaizen and 5S.

Our improvment - A condition

At RS Elektroniktjänst we follow Ordinary Common Sense and Order and Clarity. Further, and in paralell to this, we have put into practice routines and processes based on Kaizen and 5S, which clarifies our improvement process as a state of being at RS Elektroniktjänst AB.
